The plant meets the needs of customers who want a continuous asphalt-Mixing-Plant with advanced recycling capabilities.It features a RAP dryer for the addition of warm recycled materials and a separate cold recycling feed.This enables the plant to develop mix consisting of up to 60% RAP.

Features may include:

• The RAH60 warm recycling system enables RAP utilisation of 60%. A separate RAC30 cold recycling system is available for RAP utilisation of 30%. Simultaneous incorporation of both recycling systems provides flexibility.

• A twin-shaft Ammann Amix mixer ensures quality. Separate drying and mixing processes deliver the highest quality and flexibility – even with complex designs that utilise RAP and additives. Emissions are minimal because RAP, binder and additives do not face excessive dryer temperatures. An optimised baghouse features Ammann Heatpackage to minimise temperature loss and emissions.

• The horizontal plant design ensures fast and easy assembly and disassembly. Optional quick cabling and steel foundations allow even faster relocation. Continuous production capacities of 300 metric tonnes per hour (330 short tons per hour) deliver maximum performance for large projects.
