2024 Ammann ABT QuickBatch 180
Transport-Efficient DesignThe plant is engineered for easy, cost-effective transportation and installation while still offering benefits typically associated with stationary facilities. ABT QuickBatch's international transporting efficiencies are built around the "container principle" logistics concept. Containers cost less to transport, and the methods for shipping them are more easily available - factors that can generate substantial cost savings, especially if a plant is repeatedly relocated. Key core components, including dryer/filter units and mixing tower modules, utilise housings that also serve as certified transport containers. The components are built as 20 or 40' units, the most common container sizes. When it's time to move, the components are simply loaded onto the transport vehicle. The entire plant is contained in 10 units.
Features may include:
Optimized Production Efficiency- The ABT QuickBatch ensures optimised asphalt production with an impressive output of 140 t/h to 180 t/h. It provides efficient, reliable production for projects of varied sizes.
- Engineered with the innovative 'container principle,' the ABT QuickBatch significantly lowers transport costs. Its container units are designed to precisely match international standards, ensuring smooth and complication-free transportation.
- The ABT QuickBatch stands out for its minimal packing and unpacking requirements during relocation. This feature simplifies the moving process, making the plant an ideal choice for projects that necessitate frequent site changes.
- The ABT QuickBatch reduces site development costs by eliminating the need for a concrete foundation. This advantage allows for rapid deployment and quick set-up.
- The ABT QuickBatch is designed with highly functional individual modules that are connected through intelligent interfaces, which lowers installation costs. This streamlined set-up process ensures a quick and efficient start-up.
