2025 Ammann Hydrostatic Vibratory Plates eAPH 70/95
An e-drive with powerThe Ammann eAPH 70/95, an electric-drive hydrostatic plate compactor, brings as much power as comparable diesel models – yet is a zero emissions machine. It is heavy, too, with a weight of 750 kg.
Features may include:
Zero emissions- As a zero emissions machine, the plate can work indoors and on the most highly regulated jobsites. It meets all global emissions standards.
- The eAPH 70/95 is powered by a Li-ion battery, LiFePo4 9.2 kWh with a storage capacity of 180 Ah and a life span of up to 3000 charging cycles.
- The fast battery charging rate that ensures the machine is ready to work the next shift. Built-in features prevent overcharge, excessive discharge, overheating and short-circuiting.
- The unique Ammann triple-shaft exciter system keeps plate movement consistent, which enables smooth travel – even through heavy, cohesive soils – and helps effortlessly overcome steep grades.
- The electric drive requires less service than a combustible engine. There are no air filters and a very low volume of fluids. A fully hydrostatic drive system eliminates the need for a V belt and a centrifugal clutch – and the maintenance that go with them.
