2025 Ammann Articulated Tandem Rollers ARX 90-2C

The ARX 90-2C Tandem Roller is a “combi” version, with four tyres to increase machine usage in a wider range of applications. It utilises Human Machine Interface (HMI). Fingertip steering (FTS) replaces the traditional steering wheel.

Features may include:

• The roller has a drum in front and four pneumatic tyres in the rear. The tyres provide a kneading effect, helpful on certain types of asphalt mixes and temperatures.

• The machine was designed without front and rear crossbeams. This modification provides excellent visibility and improves safety.

• The spacious cab is extremely quiet. It is suspended and isolated from external heat and vibration to keep operators comfortable, fresh and focused.

• The innovative operator station has integrated, centralised controls that are easy to reach at all times, regardless of the seat position. This approach reduces reaction times for increased safety.

• A two-stage vibratory system with a multiple range of frequencies helps operators precisely adjust compaction output.
